Week 4 - Recovery

I had been looking forward to this week since Week 1. What a relaxing week compared to the last 3 weeks. The next 3 weeks will be on the harder side with the introduction of hill climbs on the bike, the increase of my long runs and the increase of yardage and intervals for swimming. Also, look for a post on TriFury Winter Clinic where I had a chance to meet Jarrod Shoemaker.

Week 4 Totals:
  • Swim -4,664 yards
  • Bike - 180 minutes
  • Run - 12 miles
